What is the difference between advisory vs consulting

Advisory identifies issues through questioning and creates solutions, where the implementation is the responsibility of the owner and/or management team. Consulting does all the same but manages the implementation and performs some technical work.

What kind of deliverables are to be expected?

Deliverables are dependent upon whether we work together in an advisory or a consulting role. The identification of issues and their impact on the business are key to understanding what the solutions and implementations required, will be.

How long will the project take and how long until results can be measured?

Results always occur within a few weeks of us working together once we have identified the issues, created the corrective actions and implemented those. Project timing varies depending on the work required to obtain wanted goals and results.
